Burns and Laing heat Mora and Riddell, 3 and 2; King and Morgan and Power and Falconer, all square; Turner and Pollock beat Simpson and Hine, 2 up'; Gore and Steele lost to Pink and Roche, 3 and 1; Crawford and Dykes beat T. Anderson and Fogarty 3 and 1; Shaw and Duncan heat Sinclair and M'Fanll 3 and 2; Davis and Dean lost to Bristow and Nicol, 4 and 3; R. Bezett and Morris heat A. Bezett and M.
