CONCORD CLUB At the, annual mootin'; of the above chib Mr S, J. Andrew presided. Moving tlu; adoption of the annual report and balance sheet, Mr H. E. Connor complimented the club on its satisfactory, position. The following officers were elected; —President, Mr 11. E. Connor; vicepresidents—Messrs S. J. Andrew, J. Mitchell, T. Trevathan, D. Stewart, and E. J. Stewart; auditor, Mr D. Miller; club captain, Mr W. Gilliland; secretary and treasurer, Miss A. Connor;'ladder committee, Miss G. Cos and Mr R, Baldwin; general committee—Misses R: Bennett, G. Stewart, and J. Andrew, Messrs Holland, K. Pryde, and J. Cos. - The following were elected to constitute the Reconstruction Committee, with the addition of the foregoing:—Treasurer, Miss M. Gilliland; committee, Mr M. Cos. The opening day was fixed for September 28. It was decided that members absent on military duties, either overseas or within New Zealand, bo considered financial members of the club during their absence.
