Philip Idour, £5, for goods supplied. PROPERTY TRANSACTION. Peter Boyd (Mr E. J. Anderson) v. George William Hutchings (Mr C. J. Rawlins); claim for £2O, allegedly agreed to be paid in consideration of the cancellation of a sale of property belonging to defendant. Evidence having been given on behalf of both parties, Judgment was given for plaintiffs, with costs (£4 4s).
