Enwright (Kapuka), £4B 6s Bd, for goods supplied; Dunedin Brewery and Wilson Malt Extract Coy. Ltd. v. J, E. Wohlers, £6 12s, for goods supplied; Daisy Jean Wilson v. Philip Idour, £5, for goods supplied. PROPERTY TRANSACTION. Peter Boyd (Mr E. J. Anderson) v. George William Hutchings (Mr C. J. Rawlins); claim for £2O, allegedly agreed to be paid in consideration of the cancellation of a sale of property belonging to defendant. Evidence having been given on behalf of both parties, Judgment was given for plaintiffs, with costs (£4 4s).
