CYCLING. DUNEDIN CLUB,
A 100-mile trial race will be held by the Dunedin Amateur Club. The event will start from Look-out Point at 9, afad finish at approximately 3 at the Mosgiel station. The course will be from Look-out Point to East Taien, six times round a circuit from East Taien to Wvllie’s Crossing, then to Outram and Allanton, and returning to East Taieri the last time the course to proceed to Mosgiel station. Owing to there not being many starters and the Otago selectors having requested that C. Flowers should ride off the scratch mark, there will be only two bunches. C. Hanson, D. Smart, E. Boyd, A. Tate, and C. Flowers will ride off scratch, while X. M'Donald, C. Webb, and B. Boss will receive 45min. It is expected that the scratch men will cover the distance in a little under five hours,',
