COW BLOWS UP BRIDGE
TOUCHED CONNECTION WITH MINE BRUSSELS, September 28. (Received September 29, at 1 p.m.) A message from Luxemburg states that a cow blew up a bridge across the Oarther River, which links Bivelsly, in the Grand Duchy, with Germany, Browsing nearby in a field, the cow touched a wire linked with a mine under the bridge, thus establishing contact.
