ESCAPE FROM INTERNMENT

BRITISH WARPLANE LEAVES ICELAND COPENHAGEN, September 28. (Received September 29, at 10 a.m.) A British warplane, which was interned in Iceland after being forced down in a fog on Wednesday, has escaped. The Air Ministry states that if an inquiry reveals that the officers of the flying boat broke their parole appropriate action will be taken.
