PEACE CONFERENCE
TO IE CALLED BY RUSSIA AND GERMANY GREAT UNNAMED NEUTRAL TO BE INVITED WAR TO CONTINUE IF PROPOSALS NOT ACCEPTED LONDON, September 28. (Received September 29, at 1.15 p.m.) The Soviet radio says Russia and Germany are calling a peace conference and are inviting an unnamed great neutral, believed to be either Italy or America. M. Stalin and Herr von Hibbentrop discussed questions of European peace. The final decision will be of greatest diplomatic importance. It was agreed that no other nation be allowed to interfere with the fate of Poland, which must be completely diearmed, New frontier lines are being drawn for Polish territory. .. J The radio announcement added; At this conference they will make and discuss proposals that should the Allies , not accept the proposals, the war will continue until the end. Estonia has decided to accept the Soviet demand for a Russian naval base.’-’
