THE EMBASSY DANCE
There was a large attendance at the Embassy Dance last Saturday to welcome the Southland representative hockey teams. The Georgians Strict Tempo Dance Band provide the music for the modern and old-time dances, while the vocal refrains are rendered by Dave Maharef, the Singing Drummer. The floor in the Embassy Salon is now in first-class order, and this, with the attractive decorations, the old-time and modern dances, and the dainty supper all help to make the Embassy a popular Saturday night dance. Intoxicating liquors are "strictly forbidden, and the right of admission is reserved.
