NEW ZEALAND UNIT IN MR IT AIX. Con linn imr the cabled report that, a New Zealand volunteer unit is being trained in Britain, the Minister of Defence. Mr Jones, said to-day that arrangements had been made for an organisation of Now Zealanders in Britain who are medically fit to bo formed into a Now Zealand military unit. The Dominion enlistments for tho special military force up to 8.30 last night totalled 12,561. PARIS, September 21.-.-A Rumanian - Government eominu- * nique states that the assassination of M. Callincseu has no international or political significance. A French official wireless message says those arrested stated that they acted individually, as they wished to make a gesture. At least 1,000 cavalrymen with machine gnus are on the way to Bucharest. A Bucharest Government communique states that the assassination was organised by a lawyer, M. Dumitreseu, who succeeded M. Codreanu, organiser of the Iron Guard. Two of the assassins committed suicide immediately after the assassination, when the police chased them to a nearby house.
