I MISS FLETCHER AND MISS HARPER NDT DN SAVED LIST WELLINGTON, September 21. Cabled advice has been received by the Prime Minister’s Department to-day from the High Commissioner for New Zealand in London that Miss A. B. Fletcher, of Dunedin, and Miss Sarah Harper, of Christchurch, who were passengers on the Athenia, are not on the list of survivors. Mr and Mrs Hilton Porter, of Auckland, who were on board the Athenia, have been landed safely at Galway. Mrs Charles Tomlinson, of Wellington, whose husband was previously reported to have been landed at Galway, has been landed at Halifax, and Mr Tomlinson is sailing at an early date to join her at Montreal.
