(Received September 20, at 8 a.m.) Tho Chinese headquarters at Kiaugsi report that powerful artillery prepared the way for attacks 25 miles southwest of Nancliang, and alto that tho Japanese have resumed their attacks in the Yangtse Valley, west of Yochow, suggesting that a two-way drive to Changsha is contemplated-
