ROSS AND GLEKDIHING’S CLUB The annual meeting of the above club was held on Tuesday, Mr J. Goodman presiding. The Chairman congratulated the club on balance sheet and report, and also on its continued success in the Otago League competition. The ■ election of officers resulted Patron, Mr T. C. Ross; president, Mr S. Glendining; vice-presi-dents—Messrs A. W. Jeavons, J. Byers, J. Preston, J. Colston, W. Tyson; secretary, Mr C. B. Fay; treasurer, Mr B. Turnbull; auditor, Mr C. Tarleton; committee—Messrs L. Preston, G. Bell, A. Clark, B. Turnbull, C. Tarleton; scorer, Mr L. Palmer; delegate to Otago League, Mr G. Bell. It was decided to open the season on October 7.
