SIR EARLE PAGE'S RESIGNATION ACCEPTED

CANBERRA, September 14. (Recevied September 14, at 9.15 a.m.) The resignation of Sir Earle Page from the leadership of the United Country Party has been accepted, and Mr G." Cameron has been elected to succeed him. The Country Party agreed to the formation of a composite_ Ministry on terms to be discussed with the Prime Minister as head of the United Australia Party.
