FLAN FOR COMBINED ADMINISTRATION REJECTED BY EXPERT COMMITTEE Vmt AHociition—By Telegraph—Copyright CANBERRA, September 13. (Received September 13, at 1 p.m.) The expert committee appointed by the Federal Government to inquire into the possibility of establishing a combined administration for New Guinea and Papua has issued a report against the .proposal. The committee suggests that the most suitable site for. a new capital in New Guinea is Lae.
