A motor cyclist, Ivan Henderson, who lives at 81 Glen Avenue, Mornington, collided with a telegraph pole on Mount Cargill last night, sustaining extensive injuries to his hands and face. He was returning to Dunedin from the Orakanui Home, where he is employed as a warden. Ho was admitted to Hospital at 11 o’clock. INJURY TO HAND. John M'Lean, aged 14, who lives afc 7 Tliomas street, was admitted to the. Hospital at 11.30 this mornnig with an injury to his- left hand, - which was caught in a machine at Donaghy’s rope works, where he was employed.
