A DIVISION RAGE [Per United Press Association.] AUCKLAND, September 11. In the event of the number of starters exceeding the safety number of 28 in the Trial Plate at the Avondale Jockey Club’s meeting, the race will be run in two divisions. The winner of each division will receive £l6O, the second £25, and the third £ls. The divisions are:—First division: Dick Turpin, Pern, Master Vnals, Bronze Emerald, Tekamiti, Imperator, Water Fox, Buccaneer, Beverley, Hunter’s Night, Starbright, Royal Fawkes, Gladynev, Mayfair, First Gold Money, Marheke. Wnitarma, Miss Valerie. Second division: Glen Connell, British Talent, Hunto, Lapidarian, Crestman, The Dozer, Silver Glow, Rey Lu, Meadow, Tellsom. Proud Fox, Sunola, Lady Batnbury, Royal Huntress, Every Port, Gay Movie, Miss Brierly. Brackets are: Imperator and Lapidarian, Master Vanls and Surmise. Pern and Meadow, Royal Fawkes ana Proud Fox, Starbright and Silver Glow, Te Kawiti and Sunola, Water Fox and Tellsom, Mayfair and Lady Bambnry, First Gold Money and Every Port, Marheke and Gay Movie, Miss Valerie and Miss Brierly, Waitarma and Royal Huntress. Brackets in the Flying Handicap are: Bachelor King and Eastern Heir, Full Hand and Mai de Mer, Land Girl and Poland, Namara and Dutch Girl, Trilliarch and La Vie. The starting times are: 11.45, Kingslancl Hurdles; 12.30, Trial Plate; 1.15. Henderson Handicap; 2, Avondale Cup; 2.45, Avondale Stakes; 3.00, Champion Plate; 4.15, Flying Handicap; and 5. Swanson Handicap. Race Away and Radio Call have been withdrawn from all engagements.
