FREIGHT RATES ADVANCED

VESSELS SAILING FROM NEW ZEALAND [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 11. The associated overseas shipping lines have received advice from London that all forward quotations for bookings are being cancleled, and freight nßes by all vessels sailing from New Zealand are being advanced 25 per centum. The increased rates apply immediately, but vessels alreadv loading will charge the old rates. All cargo is now being loaded but with increased rates at subsequent loading ports.
