BURGLARY CHARGES ADMITTED. After further evidence of a formal nature had been given in respect of tlie four charges against Martin Thomas Atkinson, Nui Karetai, and Sydney William Jarvis of breaking and entering city premises, the accused all pleaded guilty and were committed to the Supreme Cour for sentence. The joint charge against Atkinson and Jarvis was then proceeded with, and in this case also the accused pleaded guilty and were committed for sentence. STOCK EXCHANGE. Sales reported this afternoon: Mount Morgan, 11s; Mount Lyell, £1 14s; 4 per bent, stock, 1940-43, £99 10s.
