BRITAIN URGED TO TAKE INITIATIVE (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright HUGBY, October 7. ‘ The Times,’ in an editorial, urges the British Government to take the initiative in promoting reciprocal agreements for the revival of international trade. It states that Mr Bruec at Geneva issued a warning that there was not unlimited time to make adjustments. There was grave social and political danger in delay, and the urgency emphasised by Mr Bruce must indeed be obvious to everyone.
