CHALLENGED TO A DUEL press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright VIENNA, October 8. Major Fey has challenged Prince Starhemberg to a duel owing to Prince Starbemberg’s alleged remarks about Major Fey’s “ unexplained conduct ” on the occasion of the Dollfuss murder, which Major Fey has already referred to the Officers’ Court of Honour, which will also decide with regard to the duel, as duelling is illegal m Austria.
