LORD NUFFIELD'S GIFT TO OXFORD Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, October 8. (Received October 9, at 10 a.m.) The periodical ‘ Cavalcade ’ announces that Lord Nuffield has given Oxford University £1,000,000. The university authorities state that the report is premature, but that negotiations are pending and an announcement will be made at the end of the year.
