CONGRESS DELEGATES
m VISIT CHRISTCHURCH [Per United Phess Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, October 8. One hundred of the delegates to the Federated Chambers of Commerce Conference arrived in Christchurch _ this morning, and were accorded a civic reception. A big round of entertainment has been arranged for the two days of their stay here.
