APPEAL FOR FIGHTING FUND Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, October 5. (Received October (3, at 1.5 p.m.) The Liberal Party lias launched a £60,000 lighting fund appeal as part of its reorganisation scheme. The appeal states that the Liberals must be strong enough before the next election to give tho country a Liberal Government.
