ST. KILDA CLUB
The St. Kildn Club held a Yankee doubles tournament on Saturday, when the expectations of the committee wore fully fulfilled, the tournament being one of the most successful events vet held by the club. I-Irore was an entry of 20 pairs, and the closeness of the play can he judged from the fact that only one point separated the winners in six of the matches to find the quarter-finalists, and only two and three points in the other two games.
