REPLACED ON LINE BROUGHT TO HILLSIDE FOR REPAIRS [From Our Own Reporter.] PALMERSTON, October 3. Working through the night, railway engineers succeeded in replacing the 76-ton locomotive of Wednesday’s first express, which was derailed at Evansdale, back on the line early this morning. The engine was hauled to Hillside for repairs. Trains are still using the temporary deviation made in the cutting on Wednesday.
