GOLDEN HELMET FOUND BY WORKMEN
A helmet of pure gold has been found by workmen engaged in making a road near the village’of Fony, in the county of Abau.i, Hungary. The helmet is of beautiful workmanship, and is encrusted with a design done in silver. An expert states that the number of finds thrown up near the village of Fony _ points _to the- existence of a Scythian burying place, and the helmet is believed to be such as were used by Scythian warriors.
