CHILLED BEEF

THE AUSTRALIAN ARTICLE ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT ?TM( Association—By Telegraph—Copyright CANBERRA, October 3. (Received October 3, at 11 a.m.) Although the Commonwealth Government, according to the Commonwealth veterinary officer in London (Mr H. Tinney) is actively extending tlie policy of shipping chilled instead of frozen beef to London the quality remains lower than that of some competitors in meat. He describes Australian beef as “ quite nice,” and New Zealand beef as “ excellent.”
