FREIGHTER STRIKES REEF LADEN WITH WOOL AND SUGAR Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright BRISBANE, October 2. Fully laden with wool and sugar from Gladstone, Townsville, and Cairns, the Haiti Line freighter Nimoda, of 4,370 tons, struck a reef in Princess Charlotte Bay, north of Cooktown, and is in serious danger. NO APPARENT DAMAGE. BRISBANE, October 3. (Received October 3, at 11.5 a.m.) The _ Nimoda has been refloated. There is no apparent damage, and the ship is proceeding to Thursday Island for survey.
