ADVISER COMING TO HEW ZEALAND Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, October 1. (Received October 2, at 11 a.m.) Appointed by the Air Ministry, Wing-commander R. A. Cochrane will go to New Zealand to-morrow to advise on the subject of air defence. He is a graduate of the Imperial Defence College and the Royal Air Force Staff College.
