ORDERS PLACED IN BRITAIN (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, October 1. (Received October 2, at 1.30 a.m.) The Royal Mail lines have decided to invite tenders for a fast mail and passenger vessel for an express service from Southampton to Brazil, and an Argentine company has also contracted with Hariand and Wolff, of Belfast and Glasgow, for a fast refrigerated cargo liner for the Pacifictrade.
