WRESTLING

rCREADY STILL UNBEATEN [ten United Pkess Association.] ASHBURTON, October 1. In a strenuous eight rounds M'Cready gained a decision over Kruse before a crowded house in the Majestic Theatre to-night. Kruse scored a fall in the fourth round, pinning M'Cready after tossing him round the ring. Kruse submitted to a Boston crab early in the last round, and the referee gave the bout to M'Cready, whose win was not popular, a large section of the spectators clamouring for a draw. There was little of the spectacular in the bout, but considerable showmanship. Kruse frequently left the ring and argued with tho referee.
