ARRIVAL AT WELLINGTON TO BE GUEST AT GOVERNMENT HOUSE. [Per United Press Association.! WELLINGTON, September 30. Viscount Elibank, president of the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of the British Empire, arrived from Auckland to-day accompanied by Lady Elibank. They were met at Thomdon station by Captain Heber Percy (aide-de-camp to Lord Galway), and for the next three days they will be guests at Government House. Mr Norton Frances (president of the Associated Chambers of New Zealand). Mr Norwood (president of the Wellington Chamber), Mr Heaney (secretary of the New Zealand Associated Chambers), and Mr Bardsley (secretary of the Wellington Chamber) were also at the station.
