PRIVILEGES RESTORED [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 28. Speaking on behalf of the United Fire Brigades’ Association of New Zealand at a smoke concert held by the Upper Hutt Fire Brigade, Captain C. J. Watt, advisory superintendent,' said he was pleased to report that the Government had restored the privileges to the association which had been suspended in 1931, and that a conference demonstration would be held at Neison between March 7 and March 13, 1937.
