TERRORISM CONTINUES LONDON, vSeptember 28. (Received September 29, at 1.5 p.m.) The Government, in to-morrow night’s ‘ London Gazette,’ will announce new powers for the authorities in Palestine. They are expected to include martial law in certain districts. Acts of terrorism continue. It is reported from Jerusalem that the Iraq pipeline was again set on fire. New troops, numbering 1,450, have arrived at Haifa.
