LIFE SAVING AWARDS
WEST END SCHOOL SUCCESS [Per United Peess Association.] PALMERSTON N., September 26. To West End School, Palmerston North, falls the distinction of gaining for 1935-36 season the highest number of awards of any club or school affiliated to the New Zealand branch of the Royal Life Saving Society. It will hold the Bamford Cup for the year. The school gained 163 points, Christchurch Technical 130, and Hamilton High 104.
