FRENCH TRAIN ACCIDENT
TWO ARRESTS Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright PARIS, September 24. (Received September 25, at 1 p.m.) The train driver who crashed into an express at Lourdes has been arrested for alleged failure to obey the signals. A woman telephonist at Lourdes station was also arrested for allegedly misinforming the station master- concerning the departure of the express.
