(Received September 24, at 11.25 a.m.) Despite Moscow’s denials that anything is amiss, ‘ Le Matin ’ publishes reports which confirm the news that M.‘ Stalin is suffering from incurable heart disease, and has gone to South Russia with five doctors in attendance.
