LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL'S ISSUE (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, September 22. The London County Council has sanctioned the issue of a £10,000,000 loan for housing purposes. Only twice before—;n 1928 and last year—has the London County Council made issues of such an amount.
