DELETION DF AGRICULTURE ENDORSED [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 23. There was. support for the decision of the University of New Zealand to delete agriculture as a subject from its entrance examination syllabus when the subject was raised by a remit before the conference of the Technical Education Association to-day. Mr G. J. Park, principal of the Auckland Technical College, sponsored a remit ■which declared that the University’s deletion mf agriculture was a step that should not be permitted by the Government. The remit was lost by 15 votes to 9.
