TRADE NEGOTIATIONS RESUMED (British Official Wireless.) Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, September 23. (Received September 24, at noon.) . The Board of Trade has announced that arrangements have been made for the resumption of negotiations between Britain and Italy regarding trade and payments, and that delegates have proceeded to Rome for this purpose.
