TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Coulid you or any of your readers kindly oblige me with the words of the poem entitled ‘ The Sea is His.’ the last two lines of the first verse being:— The sea is His, He made it. And Britain keeps it free. —I am, etc., September 23, Inquirer.
