MAGISTRATE’S COURT
TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 22. (Before Tar ,7. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) UNDEFENDED CASES. Judgment (with costs) was given for plaintiffs in the following undefended cases:—The Commissioner of Taxes v. Horace MacGregor Kirk, £ll 18s, taxes owing; D.i.C. Ltd. v. H. Bradford, £4 Is lOd, goods supplied; A. C. Paterson v. Thomas Outran (Taieri Mouth), £ll 10s, rent owing; New Zealand Breweries Ltd. v. Alex. Aitchison (Herbert), £1 4s 3d, goods supplied. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. G. Barclay and Co. (Ravensbourne) proceeded against J. Garven, claiming the sum of £9 6s 2d, the amount of goods supplied. Judgment was given for tho payment of the amount, with costs'(los), in default 10 days’ imprisonment.
