FINISHING POINT DECIDED , (British Official Wireless.) Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright RUGBY, September 19. (Received September 21, at 11 a.m.) The Royal Aero Club announces that it has decided that the finishing point of the air race from Portsmouth to South Africa shall be the Rand Air Port, Germiston, near Johannesburg.
