BUILDING BOOM?
* BIG WELLINGTON FIGURES [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 19. An increase of £120,528 is shown in the building ligures for Wellington since the beginning of 1936. Private contracts, which do not include such Government buildings as the new railway station or the Life Insurance block, amount to well over half a million pounds, and the increase, which is continuous, indicates a tendency. towards another boom.
