CANVASSER'S LONG LIST [Per United Press Association.] WELLINGTON, September 18. John Anthony Crawford (47) ? a canvasser, was charged in the Magistrate’s Court to-day with obtaining money by false pretences. He had 48 previous convictions. He was sentenced to four months’ imprisonment on one charge and a month each on three others, the sentences to be. cumulative.
