AUSTRALIAN MARRIAGES
RECORD IN NEW SOUTH WALES Press Association —By Telegraph—CopyrifM SYDNEY, September 18. (Received September 18, at 11.30 a.m.) The number of marriages for New South Wales for the six months ended June 30 was 11,511, the highest on record for a half-yearly period. The number of marriages in Victoria, 8,224, was smaller than in New South Wales, but the proportion of population was greater.
