ABYSSINIA SENDING DELEGATION Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright GENEVA, September 16. (Received September 17, at 10 a.m.) Abyssinia is sending a delegation, including M. Martin, to the meeting of the League Assembly. BRITISH REPRESENTATIVES (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, September 16. (Received September 17, at noon.) Lord Cranborne left London for Geneva, where he expects to arrive tomorrow in readiness _ for opening the League Council meeting, at _ which he will lead the British delegation. Mr Eden will reach Geneva on Monday, in time for the opening of the meeting of the Assembly. Lord Halifax will also be present at Geneva.
