REBEL ADVANCE RESUMED REFUGEES RETURN TO IRUN Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, September 16. (Received September 17, at 10 a.m.) A message from San Sebastian says Moorish troops resumed the advance towards Bilbao. Thousands of refugees returned over the international bridge at Irun to-day when the frontier was reopened. Most of them found, their homes in ruins. EXECUTION OF FRENCHMAN INDEMNITY DEMANDED, PARIS, September 16. (Received September 17, at 1.5 p.m.) France has demanded an indemnity of £4,000 from the insurgent authorities at Tetuan following their execution of a Frenchman named Henri Aguilard. The time limit expires on September 17. Rejection entails the closing of the Franco-Spanish frontier in Morocco.
