INJURY PROVES FATAL. Mrs Jean Jackson (56), who WM gravely injured on the railway in Palmerston North on September 1. died in hospital last night. She was crossing the line on foot, and not at a recognised crossing, and was struck by an engine.—Press Association. GIRL CYCLIST DIES. An Association message from Wei. lington states that Fay Constance Moran, aged 11, who was knocked off her bicycle at the corner of Montague and Tama streets, Lower Hutt, on Monday afternoon, died in hospital thu morning.
