TO SECURE SPANNER
Here is an old idea in connection with the use of a spanner or other tool. When working in a clutch pit or other place whence it would_ be difficult to retrieve a tool should it fall in, time might bo saved if it is tied to some external part with a piece of string. Your grip is safe enough with clean hands, but it is less sure when they are oily.
